Job Summary

As part of the NS Pharma team, the Director, National Training will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training plan will drive and imbed a continuous learning and development culture to meet the evolving needs of the US commercial organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

Strategic Training Leadership: Lead the learning and development strategy, creating a roadmap, and implementing programs, resources, and tools that strengthen and cultivate the necessary talent and skills to achieve NS Pharma’s strategic long-term objectives building a diverse portfolio of products.
Program Design and Implementation: Active planning, development, and execution of curricula using a variety of methods and media, incorporating principles of instructional design and behavioral science to drive deeper engagement and maximize impact and productivity.
Measurement and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and measure training efficiency and effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, key performance indicators, and data analysis to ensure that training needs are addressed through continuous improvement and evolution of programs and materials.
Learning Platforms/Systems: Oversee utilization of learning platforms and other tools to deliver training through a variety of methods and media, while leveraging technology-based solutions, where appropriate.
Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, HR and Legal & Compliance, to support development, approval and execution of training programs and resources, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to drive best practices, develop team capabilities, and align business strategy with market opportunities.

Strong technical competence and functional knowledge
Experience working with supporting digital marketing technologies such as CMS (Drupal), marketing automation (HubSpot) and eCommerce (Salesforce) platforms and Veeva Platform supporting the Legal Medical Regulatory review cycle.
Ability to effectively interact and influence at senior leader/executive levels with Excellent Communication.

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the Pharma industry.
Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
Demonstrated effective experience working in multicultural diverse global company
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be very comfortable dealing with all levels of employees, ability to form solid working relationships, in particular with senior level managers.

Education and/or Experience

A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in business, marketing, communication, or related field (highly desired).
Demonstrated experience in training and development leadership and designing of training programs.
Strong knowledge of learning/education solutions and related business process technologies
Minimum of 10+ years of experience inclusive of sales, sales training, people leadership, learning and development, training or consulting in the pharmaceutical industry.
Coach and provide direction to trainees and other stakeholders while creating a positive and motivating environment.
Experience in Pharma Industry and/or rare disease is required.
Ability to work in a matrix environment providing service to corporate clients.
